Towards multimodal graph large language model

open access: yesScience China Information Sciences
Multi-modal graphs, which integrate diverse multi-modal features and relations, are ubiquitous in real-world applications. However, existing multi-modal graph learning methods are typically trained from scratch for specific graph data and tasks, failing to generalize across various multi-modal graph data and tasks.

Closed‐Loop Solid‐State Synthesis Planning for Materials Discovery With Large Language Models

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Leveraging literature data, we build a large‐language‐model‐driven workflow that extracts synthesis steps from 4407 papers, retrieves similar precedents, and generates candidate solid‐state synthesis recipes. The system benchmarks against ground‐truth and then operates in a closed loop with experiments to synthesize oxy‐selenide electrolyte materials ...

Wearable Morphology‐Adaptive in‐Ear Device With Active Cleansing Capability for Multimodal Health Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We present SCIENCE, an in‐ear multimodal physiological monitor featuring two key innovations. Water‐triggered morphological expansion (a 2‐mm cylinder to a 9‐mm spindle) achieves conformal adaptation across complex canal geometries. Simultaneously, active biofouling mitigation disrupts cerumen barriers, reducing sensor‐skin impedance by 20%.
