Multiple fiber connectors for multimode fibers
Optics Communications, 1976Abstract We report on a multiple fiber connector for multimode fibers with a low insertion loss of ⩽ 0.22 dB. The simple, standard photolithographic fabrication process involved can yield reproducibly the tight tolerances that are required for low loss connectors.

Optics in the Life Sciences, 2013We demonstrate high resolution fluorescent imaging using multimode fibers in conjunction with Digital Phase Conjugation to undo the randomness of the light propagation within the multimode fibers. High-resolution images of stained biological samples are presented.
