Abstract This research aims to study the intelligent wireless sensor to improve the water permeability of permeable asphalt concrete pavement. The water permeability of pavement is extremely important for the traffic environment. This study first briefly introduces the background and significance analysis, and then exemplifies the deployment algorithm ...

Anti-Multipath Orthogonal Chirp Division Multiplexing for Underwater Acoustic Communication
Multipath due to reflections of the sea surface, seabed, and obstacles, as well as inhomogeneity within the ocean, is an important characteristic of underwater acoustic channels. Mutual interference among multiple paths causes severe amplitude fading and

Performance Analysis of MIMO STBC System in Flat Fading and Frequency Selective Fading Channels
Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technology is a technique that can be used to overcome multipath fading. The multipath fading is caused by signals coming from several paths that experience different attenuations, delays and phases.

Multiuser detection in fast-fading multipath environments [PDF]
We propose a new framework for multiuser detection in fast-fading channels that are encountered in many mobile communication scenarios. Existing multiuser RAKE receivers, developed to combat multipath fading and multiuser interference in slow fading, suffer substantial degradation in performance under fast fading due to errors in channel state ...

Using robot mobility to exploit multipath fading
Communication-aware motion control allows mobile networked robots to increase the average communication throughput. We exploit that in a multipath fading channel, robots can measure the SNR and adapt their motion to spend slightly more time at positions where the channel is good.
