An Integrative Strategy Delineates Modular Metabolic Remodeling and Potential Therapeutic Targets Across Metabolic Diseases

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An integrative single‐cell atlas across multiple metabolic diseases reveals coordinated metabolic modules and disease‐shared versus disease‐specific pathway activities. By systematically comparing scoring strategies, a robust RankAve framework is established. Coupled with network analysis and drug‐target prediction, this resource uncovers cross‐disease

Multiscale Circuit Architecture Associated With Memory Dysfunction in Temporal Lobe Epilepsy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multiscale precision‐mapping framework reveals that memory impairment in temporal lobe epilepsy arises from the convergence of focal medial temporal pathology, strategic white matter disconnection, and limbic‐centered metabolic network dysfunction.

Othogonal Waveform Design for Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) Radar

open access: yesOpen Journal of Applied Sciences, 2012
An effective numerical approach is developed for orthogonal waveform design for Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) radar. The Doppler shift tolerance is considered in the design cost function. The design results indicate that the Doppler  tolerance of the designed orthogonal waveforms is markedly improved.

Lightweight, Elastic Ceramic Fabrics for Broadband Electromagnetic Absorption and High Temperature Thermal Insulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reports lightweight, elastic ceramic fabrics with broadband electromagnetic absorption (EAB = 9.8 GHz) and high‐temperature thermal insulation, enabled by precise microstructural control during ultrafast high‐temperature sintering (UHS), which induces the precipitation of defect‐rich t‐ZrO2 nanograins and turbostratic C nanoclusters.
