Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Multiple Attribute Decision Making Based on Hesitant Fuzzy Einstein Geometric Aggregation Operators

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2014
We first define an accuracy function of hesitant fuzzy elements (HFEs) and develop a new method to compare two HFEs. Then, based on Einstein operators, we give some new operational laws on HFEs and some desirable properties of these operations.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Interval-Valued Hesitant Fuzzy Prioritized Weighted Aggregation Operators for Multiple Attribute Decision Making

open access: yesJournal of Algorithms & Computational Technology, 2014
The paper proposes an interval-valued hesitant fuzzy prioritized weighted averaging (IVHFPWA) operator and an interval-valued hesitant fuzzy prioritized weighted geometric (IVHFPWG) operator for aggregating interval-valued hesitant fuzzy information and ...

A Fuzzy Topsis Multiple-Attribute Decision Making for Scholarship Selection

open access: yesTELKOMNIKA (Telecommunication Computing Electronics and Control), 2011
As the education fees are becoming more expensive, more students apply for scholarships. Consequently, hundreds and even thousands of applications need to be handled by the sponsor. To solve the problems, some alternatives based on several attributes (criteria) need to be selected.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

A new linguistic-valued aggregation operator to multiple attribute group decision making [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
In this paper, a new kind of linguistic-valued aggregation operators, namely, a linguistic-valued weighted aggregation (LVWA) operator, is proposed to multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic-valued information.
