We present two multiple attribute consensus rules with minimum adjustments: the distance-based consensus rule and the count-based consensus rule. The distance-based consensus rule is to minimize the distance between the original opinions and adjusted opinions, and the count-based consensus rule seeks to minimize the number of adjusted preference values.
