Induction of Multiple shoots by Shoot Apex Culture in Magnolia obovata Thunb.
Plant tissue culture letters, 1995 Shoot apex of Magnolia obovata Thunb. was cultured on the modified Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium supplemented with the combinations of IBA and BAP or NAA and BAP in various concentrations. Multiple shoots were induced successfully on the half strength MS reducing nitrate to one fourth (1/4N-1/2MS) medium containing 4μM IBA and 5μM BAP after 40 days

This work resolves this by developing a n‐type self‐assembled monolayer (SAM), “3‐PAPh”.
