Queuing Analysis on Multiple Vacation Policies and Reneging
We study a non markovian queue which renders service to the customers. After the completion of service the server ought to go for the compulsory vacation stage by stage in succession. We consider one of the customer’s behaviors reneging to occur when the server’s vacation is extended.

Asymmetric lamellar templating at the perovskite/C60 interface is achieved using a laterally polarized indole spacer. Surface anchoring and Ind–Ind assembly form a π‐rich lamellar interphase that supports uniform C60 contact formation, suppresses recombination, preserves electron extraction, and enables certified high‐efficiency cells and modules with ...

Escaping the Scaling Relationships in Oxygen Reduction Catalysis: Implications for PEM Fuel Cells
Escaping the scaling relationships of the oxygen reduction reaction is vital for hydrogen fuel cells. This outlook examines how interfacial heterogeneity, spanning the subsurface lattice, chemisorption layer, and near‐interface solvation volume, mechanistically decouples intermediate binding energetics.

Nano‐Architected Metallic Metamaterial With Enhanced Fatigue Resistance via Dislocation Starvation
Nanoscale Ni single crystals exhibit remarkable fatigue resistance over an order of magnitude higher than that of bulk single crystals through dislocation starvation. By translating this mechanism into geometric nano‐architecture, nano‐architected Ni single‐crystal metamaterials achieve about twice the fatigue resistance of the bulk, despite their ...
