A numerical model resulting from irreversible thermodynamics for describing transport processes is introduced, focusing on thermodynamic activity gradients as the actual driving force for diffusion. Implemented in CUDA C++ and using CalPhaD methods for determining the necessary activity data, the model accurately simulates interdiffusion in aluminum ...

An Inequality in Metric Spaces [PDF]
In this note we establish a general inequality valid in metric spaces that is related to the polygonal inequality and admits also a natural geometrical interpretation.

Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

Common Fixed Points for Multiplicative Contractions in Multiplicative Metric Spaces
The study delves into multiplicative contractions, exploring the existence and uniqueness of common fixed points for a weakly compatible pair of mappings. Those mappings adhere to specific multiplicative contraction conditions characterized by exponents expressed as fraction multiplicative metric spaces.

Some results in multiplicative metric space using absorbing mappings [PDF]
Objective/Aim: To generate three common fixed point results for four self mappings in complete multiplicative metric space (MMS). Method: The method involves applying of point wise absorbing mappings with different combinations such as complete subspace, reciprocally continuous and compatible mappings and semi-compatible mappings.

Metrical Fixed Point Results on \lowercase{b}-multiplicative metric spaces employing binary relaion
In this manuscrit, we establish some results on the existence and uniqueness of fixed points by using b-multiplicative metric spaces(MMS) endowed with a binary relation. we also find result on the coincidence of points involving a pair of mappings. Finally some examples are presented to illustrate the suitability of our results.

Through direct application of porous transport layer (PTL) on the bipolar plate (BPP) with thermal spraying, the interfacial contact resistance is improved. With the cold gas sprayed BPP–PTL coating system, a proton exchange membrane water electrolysis cell with a cell voltage of Ucell = 1.9 V can be operated up to i = 2.5 A/cm2 in a dynamic mode ...

Surface Tension Measurement of Ti‐6Al‐4V by Falling Droplet Method in Oxygen‐Free Atmosphere
In this article, the temperature‐dependent surface tension of free falling, oscillating Ti‐6Al‐4V droplets is investigated in both argon and monosilane doped, oxygen‐free atmosphere. Droplet temperature and oscillation are captured with one single high‐speed camera, and the surface tension is calculated with Rayleigh's formula.

Finite Volume Spaces and Sparsification [PDF]
We introduce and study finite $d$-volumes - the high dimensional generalization of finite metric spaces. Having developed a suitable combinatorial machinery, we define $\ell_1$-volumes and show that they contain Euclidean volumes and hypertree volumes ...

Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions. The model captures both macroscopic creep and microscopic morphology evolution, with results matching high‐temperature creep experiments.
