ABSTRACT Capturing proteins is easy since their amphiphilic nature allows them to bind to almost any surface. Because of this, releasing them is challenging since various interactions need to be considered for this. We present a simple method to reversibly adsorb proteins on stabilized electrodes.

Beryllide pebble fabrication of Be–Zr compositions as advanced neutron multipliers
Fusion reactors require advanced neutron multipliers with high stability at high temperatures. Beryllium intermetallic compounds (beryllides) have a universally robust potential for high temperature use. Fab- rication of beryllide pebbles of Be–Zr compositions was conducted from the viewpoint of pebble mass production.

Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Passive Shape‐Adaptive Fluidic Interface for Enhanced Skin‐Sensor Coupling in Wearable Devices
This study presents a passive fluidic interface for wearable biosensors that adapts to static and dynamic body shape changes to maintain consistent skin contact. Flexible, fluid‐filled pouches redistribute pressure from high‐load areas to regions requiring improved contact, enhancing signal quality and comfort in a compact, low‐energy design for ...
