Heterogeneous cancer‐associated fibroblasts orchestrate dual immune microenvironments in LAGC. Abstract The potential for immunotherapy in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC) is recently confirmed. To report the 3‐year follow‐up data are aimed from a novel clinical trial. This is a prospective single‐arm phase II trial.

Three‐dimensional multispectral facial imaging to monitor actinic damage treated with 5‐fluorouracil
Background Standardised therapeutic monitoring of field skin cancerisation is challenging. 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU) is a common topical therapy for ultraviolet radiation (UV) and actinic keratosis (AK) but is often accompanied with adverse side effects ...

Integrated omics analysis of matched primary and liver metastatic NPC tumors reveals a unique NOTCH1+ CSC subpopulation exhibiting enhanced stemness properties and tumorigenic capacity. With in vitro and in vivo assays, exosomal transfer of tumor‐derived FTO from NOTCH1+ cells to the endothelium promotes vascular permeability and metastatic potential ...

PBRM1 ranks as the second most commonly mutated gene in ccRCC. This study reveals that PBRM1 loss promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment by elevating M2 TAMs via the KDM5C–IL‐6 axis. These M2 TAMs, along with CAFs, form a barrier that excludes CD8+ T cells. Targeting IL‐6 synergizes with anti‐PD1 therapy, offering a promising strategy for PBRM1‐
