Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Gut microbiota alterations in patients with non‐small‐cell lung cancer undergoing chemoradiotherapy
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.We investigated the impact of concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CRT) on the gut microbiota in patients with locally advanced non‐small‐cell lung cancer. Overall gut microbiota composition remained largely stable throughout CRT while antibiotic exposure may influence microbial diversity.

International Journal of Fuzzy Logic and Intelligent Systems, 2004 We propose some properties of fuzzy multivariate analysis of variance by fuzzy vector operation with agreement index. We deals fuzzy null hypotheses and fuzzy alternative hypothesis and define the agreement index for the grades of the judgements that the hypothesis is rejection or acceptance. Finally, we provide an example to evaluate the judgements.

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Circulating microRNA profiles distinguish nonmalignant Lynch syndrome from cancer‐associated Lynch syndrome, sporadic colorectal cancer, and healthy controls. Age‐stratified analysis reveals disease‐specific regulatory states, and a six‐miRNA panel shows concordant separation in an independent colorectal tissue cohort.
