Multivariate Student -t Regression Models: Pitfalls and Inference
We consider likelihood-based inference from multivariate regression models with independent Student-t errors. Some very intruiging pitfalls of both Bayesian and classical methods on the basis of point observations are uncovered. Bayesian inference may be

Metrnβ serves as a novel prognostic biomarker for sepsis and that targeted blockade of the Metrnβ‐c‐Kit axis represents a promising therapeutic strategy for sepsis. Abstract Sepsis is a heterogeneous syndrome critically driven by immunosuppression, yet lacking personalized prognostic markers and therapeutic targets. Here, we provide evidence to support

Limit laws for multivariate skewness in the sense of Móri, Rohatgi and Székely
Let X be a d-dimensional random vector having zero expectation and unit covariance matrix. Móri et al. (1993) proposed and studied as a population measure of multivariate skewness.

Engagement With Online Sexual Trauma‐Related Content Among Women Who Have Experienced Sexual Trauma
ABSTRACT Seeking online social support has become increasingly common due to widespread use of social media; however, little is known about the experiences of women survivors of sexual trauma who engage with online sexual trauma‐related content and whether this has implications for physical and mental health.

Neural correlates of resilience to trauma during adolescence: A multi‐modal study
Abstract Background Understanding resilience mechanisms is important for advancing early intervention strategies, yet research on the neurobiology of resilience in adolescents is limited. The present study examined the brain structural and resting‐state functional connectivity (rsFC) correlates of resilience to internalizing and externalizing symptoms ...

In a longitudinal sample (n = 94), we tested links between inhibitory control at age 4, emotion regulation (ER) at age 6, and internalizing (INT) and externalizing (EXT) problems at ages 9–10. Early inhibitory control did not predict ER or later INT/EXT (no mediation), whereas ER at 6 showed prospective associations with both outcomes.

A measure of skewness and kurtosis and a graphical method for assessing multivariate normality
Using principal components, a measure of skewness and kurtosis is developed for multivariate populations. The sample analogues of these measures are proposed as tests of multivariate normality.
