G‐Quadruplexes: Structural Diversity and Emerging Roles in Biomolecular Condensation
G‐quadruplexes (G4s) fold into diverse intra‐ and intermolecular structures, positioning them as emerging regulators of biomolecular condensation. Mechanistically, G4s autonomously form condensates, act as structural platforms to initiate and stimulate condensation, or induce phase transitions.

ABSTRACT Griscelli Syndrome Type 2 (GS2) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by pathogenic mutations in the RAB27A gene. Typically, it is characterized by cutaneous hypopigmentation, immunodeficiency, with or without neurological abnormalities secondary to hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). Without treatment, GS2 often results in fatal

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a significant chronic infection in pediatric patients. Vaccination induces production of anti‐Hepatitis B surface antibodies, which serve as markers of protective immunity. Given the long‐term risks of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma during adulthood, this study aimed to assess ...

Strengthening Australia's research integrity system
Abstract Misconduct in research is a serious issue and is probably increasing. To grapple fully with this, to protect the reputation of honest researchers and to improve public accountability, the Australian research integrity system needs strengthening. The Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research must be revised to mandate how research
