SLC2A3‐Mediated Lactate Metabolism Promotes Lung Cancer Bone Metastasis by Modulating P53 Lactylation and Immune Evasion

SLC2A3 derived lactate promotes metastasis through p53 lactylation at K120 and osteoclast differentiation. Pharmacological inhibition of SLC2A3 upregulates PD‐1 expression on CD8+ T cells via lactate induced p53 lactylation, which modulates immune evasion. Promotion of DFU Wound Healing via BRG1–COL16A1 Axis in Fibroblasts

In normal wound healing, transcription factor BRG1 is upregulated and binds the COL16A1 promoter to enhance its expression, promoting fibroblast proliferation, migration, contraction, extracellular matrix deposition, and granulation tissue formation, thus accelerating wound closure.

Hypertrophic scar formation is driven by excessive mitochondrial fission in wound macrophages, which we discover is governed by a novel AURKB‐DRP1(Ser616) axis.
