Born this way: Does variation in perinatal limb bone morphology predict adult locomotor repertoire in primates?

Abstract Primates show a high degree of locomotor diversity that engenders similar variance in limb bone cross‐sectional geometry and bending strength: leaping primates have stronger hindlimb bones whereas suspensory species have stronger forelimb bones.

Intra‐ and Interspecific Effects on Spatio‐Temporal Behavior of Common Commensal Rodent Species

This study revealed major findings on spatio‐temporal behavior of commensal rodents on a pig farm showing the influence of interspecific dominance on movement behavior and the resulting species‐specific ecological adaptations. Additionally, rodents tend to stay in their home ranges and migration to other stable buildings is only rare.

Do fawn‐footed mosaic‐tailed rats experience age‐related cognitive decline in novel object recognition?

We explored age‐related cognitive decline in captive fawn‐footed mosaic‐tailed rats (Melomys cervinipes) using a novel object recognition task. Contrary to expectations, recognition memory did not decline with age, but recognition memory was lower in intermediate‐aged rats compared to both older and younger individuals.
