Efficacy, safety and cost‐effectiveness of CAR‐T therapy

open access: yesBritish Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.
CAR T‐cells demonstrate high efficacy in blood cancers, including ALL, MM and DLBCL. Innovations target solid tumours despite challenges such as antigen escape. Combination therapies enhance the delivery and infiltration of CAR T cells. Toxicity, cost and resistance remain major barriers to clinical use.

An ID-based remote mutual authentication with key agreement scheme for mobile devices on elliptic curve cryptosystem

open access: yesComputers and Security, 2009
[[abstract]]Recently, remote user authentication schemes are implemented on elliptic curve cryptosystem (ECC) to reduce the computation loads for mobile devices. However, most remote user authentication schemes on ECC are based on public-key cryptosystem,

A Mutual Authentication Protocol for RFID

IT Professional, 2011
Designing a security protocol for RFID systems is difficult because RFID tags have limited power-consumption and memory capabilities. A mutual authentication protocol based on a hash function helps prevent attacks against RFID systems.
