Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy Study of Porcine and Rabbit Antithymocyte Globulin in the Treatment of Patients With Severe Aplastic Anemia: A Multicenter, Prospective, Randomized, Open‐Label Clinical Trial

This prospective trial compared porcine‐ATG and rabbit‐ATG for severe aplastic anemia. Both agents peaked on Day 5, with faster clearance for rabbit‐ATG. Porcine‐ATG induced an early stable neutrophil rise, whereas rabbit‐ATG caused an initial neutrophil drop.

In this post hoc analysis of the phase 3 SIMPLIFY‐1 and MOMENTUM trials, the number of patients with baseline hemoglobin < 10 g/dL who achieved hemoglobin ≥ 10 g/dL by week 24 with momelotinib, as well as the time to achievement, were evaluated. Patients who were JAK inhibitor naive and/or had moderate anemia were more likely and faster to achieve this
