Transplant Infectious Disease, EarlyView.This study reveals that infections are highly prevalent in pediatric IEI patients after umbilical cord blood transplantation, with early‐stage infections and bloodstream infections strongly associated with poorer survival. These findings advocate for risk‐stratified surveillance and preemptive strategies in high‐risk subgroups.
