Crucially, family involvement acts as a double‐edged sword, either accelerating or further delaying life‐saving treatment.

This study demonstrates that the TyG index, CMI, and EATi are independently associated with CAD. CMI partially mediates the relationship between TyG and CAD, whereas EATi contributes through an independent pathway.
