Assessment of Myocardial Viability Using Myocardial Contrast Echocardiography
Echocardiography, 2005Myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) is a technique that uses microbubbles as a tracer during simultaneous ultrasound of the heart. The microbubbles can be used to provide quantitative information regarding the adequacy of myocardial blood flow (MBF), as well as the spatial extent of microvascular integrity.

[Myocardial viability. Myocardial viability post-infarct: contribution of dobutamine-echography].
Presse medicale (Paris, France : 1983), 1998ROUTINE EXPLORATION: Echocardiography during dopamine perfusion has been widely proven as an effective tool for determining myocardial viability.
