[Results of photorefractive keratectomy for myopic astigmatism].

Harefuah, 1996
In 54 patients, 92 eyes with different degrees of compound, myopic astigmatism underwent photorefractive keratectomy with the VISX 20/20 excimer laser. The eyes were grouped by degree of refractive astigmatism into: high (-2.75 to -5.0 diopters), moderate (-1.25 to -2.50 diopters), and low (< -1.0 diopter) astigmatism.

Photorefractive keratectomy with an ablatable mask for myopic astigmatism.

Journal of refractive surgery (Thorofare, N.J. : 1995), 1999
To evaluate efficacy, safety, and stability of photoastigmatic keratectomy (PARK) carried out with a Summit Apex Plus laser using an ablatable mask.Forty-one eyes of 41 patients with myopic astigmatism with follow-up of 12 months were evaluated. Treatment efficacy was compared in groups with high (>6.00 D) versus low (< or =6.00 D) preoperative ...

Laser in situ keratomileusis for myopic astigmatism.

Journal of refractive surgery (Thorofare, N.J. : 1995), 2000
To evaluate the refractive results of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopic astigmatic eyes, and to assess the efficacy, accuracy, stability, and safety of the procedure.LASIK was performed on 113 eyes of 73 patients for correction of myopic astigmatism ranging from 1.00 to 5.00 D, as measured by manifest refraction, with a mean baseline ...
