Topiramate (Topamax; Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Raritan, NJ, USA) is an oral sulfamate medication used primarily for seizure treatment. We report two cases of topiramate induced uveal effusions. In one case, prompt discontinuation of topiramate prevented bilateral angle closure glaucoma.
