Tris(2,2′-bipyridine-κ2N,N′)cobalt(III) octacyanidotungstate(V)
In the title compound, [Co(C10H8N2)3][W(CN)8], the Co atom (..2 site symmetry) is coordinated by six N atoms from three 2,2′-bipyridine ligands in an octahedral geometry; the Co—N bond distances range from 1.926 (2) to 1.939&

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

Limiting Distances for Flame Merging of Multiple n-Heptane and Di-tert-Butyl Peroxide Pool Fires
Experiments to determine the limiting distances for flame merging of multiple pool fires are presented. As model substances n-heptane and di-tert-butyl peroxide are used.

Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Abstract Background Symptomatic breast hypertrophy affects the quality of life of a large number of women globally. Many reduction mammoplasty techniques have been described for patients with breast hypertrophy. The aim of this study was to provide our clinic’s experience in utilizing the modified superomedial pedicle

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Effect of chemotherapy on passenger mutations in metastatic colorectal cancer
Changes in passenger mutation load and predicted immunotherapy response after chemotherapy treatment. Tumor cells rich with passenger mutations have increased sensitivity to chemotherapy. Correlation of passenger mutations with neoantigen load suggests highly mutated clones promote a more effective response to immunotherapy, and therefore, first‐line ...

Tris(6-tert-butyl-4-methylpyridazine-3-thiolato-κ2N,S)aluminium
The title complex, [Al(C9H13N2S)3], is composed of an aluminium atom coordinated by three bidentate thiopyridazine ligands in an octahedral environment. It has approximate C3 symmetry, with Al—N distances in the range 1.9732 (17)–1.9794 (17) Å and three ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.
