Synthesis of phospholipid analogues. Variation of the P—N distance
Chemistry and Physics of Lipids, 1979Abstract Phosphatidyl choline analogues with increased phosphate-trimethylammonium distance and phosphatidyl ethanolamine analogues with increased phosphate-ammonium distance were synthesised. The distance was varied by the incorporation of additional methylene groups, from 2 (natural) to 11 CH2-units.

Short Ga⋯HN distances in gallium amine and amide complexes
Journal of Organometallic Chemistry, 1993Abstract The reaction of Cy 2 GaCl with LiNHR in diethylether at −78°C produces the dinuclear primary amido bridged complexes [Cy 2 GaNHR] 2 (R Interestingly, compounds 1 – 3 feature short Ga⋯HN distances, which are 2.113 A, 2.33 A and 2.28(9) A for 1 , 2 ...

Two series of σ(1) ligands with a spiro[[2]benzopyran-1,3'-pyrrolidine] (3) and a spiro[[2]benzofuran-1,3'-pyrrolidine] (4) framework were synthesized and pharmacologically evaluated. Several reaction steps were considerably improved by microwave irradiation.

Some Statistical Tests Based on $$\mathfrak{N}$$ -Distances
2012In this chapter, we construct statistical tests based on the theory of \(\mathfrak{N}\)-distances. We consider a multivariate two-sample test, a test to determine if two distributions belong to the same additive type, and tests for multivariate normality with unknown mean and covariance matrix.

$$\mathfrak{N}$$ -Distance Tests of Uniformity on the Hypersphere
2012The goals of this chapter are to: Discuss statistical tests of uniformity based on the \(\mathfrak{N}\)-distance theory, Calculate the asymptotic distribution of the test statistic.

Mulliken–Hush analysis of a bis(triarylamine) mixed-valence system with a N⋯N distance of 28.7 Å
Chem. Commun., 2006An organic mixed valence compound with a spacer length of 25 unsaturated bonds separating two amine redox centres was synthesised and the electron transfer behaviour was investigated in the context of a Mulliken-Hush analysis in order to estimate the longest redox centre separation for which an intervalence charge transfer band can be observed.
