Sequence-to-Sequence Generation for Spoken Dialogue via Deep Syntax Trees and Strings
We present a natural language generator based on the sequence-to-sequence approach that can be trained to produce natural language strings as well as deep syntax dependency trees from input dialogue acts, and we use it to directly compare two-step ...

DDX3X induces mesenchymal transition of endothelial cells by disrupting BMPR2 signaling
Elevated DDX3X expression led to downregulation of BMPR2, a key regulator of endothelial homeostasis and function. Our co‐immunoprecipitation assays further demonstrated a molecular interaction between DDX3X and BMPR2. Notably, DDX3X promoted lysosomal degradation of BMPR2, thereby impairing its downstream signaling and facilitating endothelial‐to ...

Sustainable bioplastics manufacturing from renewable sources
Bioplastics are manufactured by using polymers from different bio‐based sources. These novel materials not only offer biodegradability but also possess various functional properties that make them suitable for diverse applications. Recent developments in the preparation of bioplastics are reported, highlighting the distinct properties of each type of ...

Dictionary extraction based on statistical data
Automatic text summarization is an actual problem when working with a large amount of information. Most of the algorithms that work on the basis of statistical data build a summary text content by counting the similarity of text units and units ...

We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...

From N-grams to collocations [PDF]
In previous papers we presented methods for retrieving collocations from large samples of texts. We described a tool, Xtract, that implements these methods and able to retrieve a wide range of collocations in a two stage process. These methods as well as other related methods however have some limitations.

EXPLOITING N-GRAM IMPORTANCE AND ADDITIONAL KNOWEDGE BASED ON WIKIPEDIA FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN GAAC BASED DOCUMENT CLUSTERING [PDF]
This paper provides a solution to the issue: “How can we use Wikipedia based concepts in document\ud clustering with lesser human involvement, accompanied by effective improvements in result?” In the\ud devised system, we propose a method to exploit the ...

Matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP9) drives ovarian cancer progression. Using MMP9‐null cells (M9‐KO) created from ovarian cancer cells, we found MMP9 loss did not block Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)‐driven E‐cadherin dissolution or EMT but delayed and reduced EGF‐driven membrane protrusions. Transient MMP9 re‐expression drove membrane protrusion.

Differentially Private n-gram Extraction
We revisit the problem of $n$-gram extraction in the differential privacy setting. In this problem, given a corpus of private text data, the goal is to release as many $n$-grams as possible while preserving user level privacy. Extracting $n$-grams is a fundamental subroutine in many NLP applications such as sentence completion, response generation for ...
