Jurnal Ilmiah Pharmacy, 2023Buah lerak (Sapandus rarak DC) merupakan salah satu bahan alam yang banyak tumbuh di Indonesia. Senyawa yang terdapat pada buah lerak didominasi saponin sebesar 28%, saponin inilah yang akan menghasilkan busa sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan sulfaktan alami pada pembuatan sabun.

Souhrn V této diplomové práci bylo použito UV-VIS absorpční spektrofotometrie k měření CMC katonických tenzidů a vlivu elektrolytů na CMC. Dosažené výsledky potvrzují očekávaný trend poklesu hodnot CMC tenzidů se stoupající iontovou silou roztoků. Použitá modifikace metody UV-VIS absorpční spektrofotometrie pro stanovení CMC byla rovněž úspěšná.
