Cardiac structure and function in psoriasis: A cross‐sectional analysis of the PSOCADIA study

Individuals with well‐treated psoriasis exhibited a higher burden of myocardial dysfunction (GLS < 16%) compared with controls, independent of cardiometabolic comorbidity.
