JEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.Skin samples of Hailey‐Hailey and Darier diseases were analyzed for inflammatory and barrier markers using indirect immunofluorescence and transcriptomic techniques. A mixed Th2/Th17 inflammatory pattern and altered expression of barrier markers were observed.
