The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Street-Name Patterns in Denver
-IN THE LATEAUTUMNOF 1858 some of the Pikes Peak gold prospectors decided to winter at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Although they were merely squatters on Indian territory they staked out a tract of land at the junction of Cherry Creek and the South Platte River, and on November 6 proceeded to map in gridiron form, the first streets of what later ...

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Role of the lateral prefrontal cortex in speech monitoring
The role of lateral prefrontal cortex in speech monitoring has not been delineated. Recent work suggests that medial frontal cortex (MFC) is involved in overt speech monitoring initiated before auditory feedback.

Naming a Structured World: A Cultural Route to Duality of Patterning
The lexicons of human languages organize their units at two distinct levels. At a first combinatorial level, meaningless forms (typically referred to as phonemes) are combined into meaningful units (typically referred to as morphemes). Thanks to this, many morphemes can be obtained by relatively simple combinations of a small number of phonemes.

Cancer‐associated mutations in endometriosis reframe a benign disease through molecular oncology
This review aims to comprehensively analyse cancer‐associated somatic mutations (CAMs) present in endometriotic lesions, emphasizing their biological roles, spatial distribution and implications for translational applications in medicine. By contextualizing a benign state within a genomic framework, this analysis seeks to establish its value as a ...

LUNAR is a liver‐specific long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) that is highly expressed in normal liver but becomes epigenetically silenced in hepatocellular carcinoma through promoter hypermethylation. Loss of LUNAR is associated with NOTCH activation, epithelial–mesenchymal transition, and metastasis, whereas restoring LUNAR restrains metastatic progression ...
