Selective Polarity Control of Metal Oxide Semiconductors for Complementary Logic Gates
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A scalable electrochemical doping strategy enables in situ p‐to‐n polarity conversion in tin oxide (SnO) thin films using electrolyte gating.
