Planar Solid‐State Nanopores Toward Scalable Nanofluidic Integration Based on CMOS Technology
We present a scalable silicon‐based fabrication strategy for planar solid‐state nanopores to enable their integration with complex nanofluidic systems. Prototype devices demonstrate normal voltage‐current characteristics, good noise performance, and appreciable streaming currents. Our CMOS‐compatible fabrication process offers precise geometric control

This study reports lightweight polyetherimide triply periodic minimal surfaces lattices coated with carbon nanotube‐reinforced epoxy that combine mechanical robustness with self‐sensing. The conformal coating enhances stiffness, strength and energy absorption while enabling reliable strain monitoring.

Nonlinear spin dynamics across Néel phase transition in ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic multilayers
We observe strongly nonlinear spin dynamics in ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic multilayers, controlled by the number of bilayers in the system, layer thicknesses, and temperature, peaking in magnitude near the Néel point of the antiferromagnetic layers ...

Quantifying Inactive Lithium in Lithium Metal Batteries [PDF]
Inactive lithium (Li) formation is the immediate cause of capacity loss and catastrophic failure of Li metal batteries. However, the chemical component and the atomic level structure of inactive Li have rarely been studied due to the lack of effective ...

Creep Properties and Deformation Mechanism of Additively Manufactured NiAl‐CrMo Composites
Additively manufactured NiAl‐CrMo composites contain numerous interfaces and cell boundaries that control their creep response. At 700°C under high applied stress, creep is dominated by dislocation‐controlled power‐law mechanisms. At 800°C–900°C and lower stresses, creep is primarily diffusion‐controlled along cell boundaries.

Enhanced magnetic moment with cobalt dopant in SnS2 semiconductor
We report the strong ferromagnetic order in van der Waals (vdW) layered SnS2 induced by cobalt substitution. The single-crystal Co-doped SnS2 grown by a self-flux method reveals a relatively high Curie temperature (TC) of ∼131 K with an in-plane magnetic

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...
