Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) and LTE Systems Co-Existence Analysis [PDF]
In this paper, we establish a comprehensive uplink system model for in-band and guard-band Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) with arbitrary sample duration in the NB-IoT device. The mathematical expressions of received LTE and NB-IoT signals are derived.

Do's and Don'ts When Visiting Circularly Polarized Luminescence
This perspective presents our insights into the principles, challenges, and opportunities of circularly polarized luminescence (CPL). Highlighting key concepts such as the dissymmetry factor (glum) and molecular design strategies, we discuss advances in CPL efficiency, emerging NIR emitters, solid‐state applications, and the growing role of theory and ...

Analysis of communication reliability in NarrowBand‐IoT oriented wireless sensor networks
The unstable link quality in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) directly affects the success rate of data transmission. The retransmission mechanism is one of the commonly used methods to solve this problem. However, too many retransmissions could lower the

Performance Analysis of CA‐Polar Code for 5G‐IoT Low Power Wide Area Networks
ABSTRACT CRC‐Aided Polar (CA‐Polar) codes are the standardized channel coding scheme for control channels of 5G eMBB service class due to their capacity achieving performance. This work aims to assess the compatibility and scalability of CA‐Polar codes toward low power IoT applications coming under the domain of LPWAN.
