Schwannoma of the nasal septum
The British Journal of Radiology, 2006Schwannomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are very rare. We report the case of a 54-year-old woman with a schwannoma arising from the nasal septum. We discuss the clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, imaging characteristics and treatment of this rarely encountered lesion.

Chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum
The Journal of Laryngology & Otology, 1977A rare case of chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum is presented. Wide excision of the tumour including the right orbit and part of the anterior cranial fossa was undertaken. Review of the literature shows that this is the treatment of choice and the radiotherapy does not prevent recurrence.

Chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum
Skeletal Radiology, 2002The nasal septum is a particularly rare site of origin of chondrosarcoma. Cranial base invasion may be at hand, with such lesions making complete tumor removal difficult. MRI techniques allow precise definition of tumor extent. In the described case, CT and Dynamic MR imaging were performed in a case of chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum.

The nasal septum plays a paramount role in determining nasal aesthetics and nasal function. Surgical management of the nasal septum often presents a challenge to even the most skilled nasal surgeon. A firm understanding of anatomic and physiologic aspects of the nasal septum will allow the rhinoplasty surgeon to better deal with this component of nasal

Leiomyoma of nasal cavity is an extremely rare and unusual benign mass that uncommonly arises from the nasal septum. These are vascular or nonvascular masses of myogenic origin. We present a rare case of leiomyoma arising from the nasal septum and discuss its management using KTP 532 laser.

Carcinomas of the nasal septum
The Journal of Laryngology & Otology, 1978Fourteen new cases of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the nasal septum are presented. Their inclusion brings the total reported in the literature to 97. Early, confined neoplasms are amenable to cure by surgical excision, external irradiation or radium implants.

Chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum
European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, 2014Chondrosarcomas are non-epithelial malignant, slow growing tumors that usually involve pelvis, ribs, and long bones of extremities, scapula and sternum. Median age at diagnosis for head and neck chondrosarcomas is in the fourth decade. The etiopathogenesis of chondrosarcomas remains unknown. Treatment of choice is surgical, with adjuvant therapy having

Osteoblastoma of the nasal septum
