Computation of the Stabilizing Solution of Nash-Riccati Equations
Consider an iterative modification of the linearized Newton method for computing the minimal nonnegative solution of a a nonsymmetric Nash-Riccati equation. The equation has arisen in linear quadratic games for positive systems. The Newton procedure for

Optimal reservoir operation using Nash bargaining solution and evolutionary algorithms
Optimizing reservoir operation is critical to ongoing sustainable water resources management. However, different stakeholders in reservoir management often have different interests and resource competition may provoke conflicts.

Multi-leader-follower potential games [PDF]
In this paper, we discuss a particular class of Nash games, where the participants of the game (the players) are divided into two groups (leaders and followers) according to their position or influence on the other players. Moreover, we consider the case,

Distributed Adaptive Nash Equilibrium Solution for Differential Graphical Games
This article investigates differential graphical games for linear multiagent systems with a leader on fixed communication graphs. The objective is to make each agent synchronize to the leader and, meanwhile, optimize a performance index, which depends on

The Nash Bargaining Solution is Nash Implementable [PDF]
Some authors present models in which they show that the Nash bargaining solution fails to be Maskin monotonic and hence cannot be implemented in Nash equilibrium. We find this results misleading and discuss how implementability of the Nash bargaining solution can be discussed in utility space.

Pedestrian motion modelled by Fokker–Planck Nash games [PDF]
A new approach to modelling pedestrians' avoidance dynamics based on a Fokker–Planck (FP) Nash game framework is presented. In this framework, two interacting pedestrians are considered, whose motion variability is modelled through the corresponding ...

Target-Based Solutions for Nash Bargaining [PDF]
We revisit the Nash model for two-person bargaining. A mediator knows agents' ordinal preferences over feasible proposals, but has incomplete information about their acceptance thresholds. We provide a behavioural characterisation under which the mediator recommends a proposal that maximises the probability that bargainers strike an agreement.

Non-Determinism and Nash Equilibria for Sequential Game over Partial Order [PDF]
In sequential games of traditional game theory, backward induction guarantees existence of Nash equilibrium by yielding a sub-game perfect equilibrium.

A hierarchical model of a vector Nash equilibrium search under uncertainty is developed. The sufficient conditions for a vector Nash equilibrium of a noncooperative game under uncertainty are formulated, which can be used as a criterion to achieve the ...

Partial Cooperative Equilibria: Existence and Characterization
We study the solution concepts of partial cooperative Cournot-Nash equilibria and partial cooperative Stackelberg equilibria. The partial cooperative Cournot-Nash equilibrium is axiomatically characterized by using notions of rationality, consistency and
