Xanthatin Targets CISD1 to Drive Ferroptosis and Mitophagy as a Dual Anticancer Strategy in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

Triple‐negative breast cancer has a poor prognosis. Xanthatin directly targets and degrades CISD1, triggering ferroptosis through iron dysregulation. The concurrently activated mitophagy synergistically amplifies ferroptotic cell death. Evaporation‐Driven Solutal Marangoni Control of Rayleigh–Taylor Instability in Inverted Films

Inverted liquid films, like paint on a ceiling, are inherently unstable under gravity. This work shows that selective evaporation in volatile binary mixtures generates solutal Marangoni stresses that either suppress or amplify the Rayleigh Taylor instability.

Targeting WTAP/ROR1/WNT5A‐Mediated Crosstalk Between Glioma Stem Cells and Macrophages to Normalize Tumor Vasculature and Enhance Chemotherapy

In hypoxic microenvironment, WNT5A is predominantly secreted by tumor‐associated macrophages. Hypoxia‐induced WTAP mediates ROR1 stability by m6A modifications in a HuR‐dependent manner in Glioma stem cells (GSCs). WNT5A activates the WNT pathway via ROR1 binding on GSCs, driving glioma‐derived endothelial cells (GDECs) differentiation.
