On the basis of literature data and results of own research in the article describes the features of the epidemiology of combined natural focal infections, their distribution in the Russian Federation, pathogenesis and clinical features to suit different combinations of pathogen agents.

The article presents data on infection of hungry ticks caught in natural biotopes of Tomsk region in spring-summer seasons 2017-2019. In ticks of Ixodes and Dermacentor genera the presence of pathogens of natural-focal diseases is established: CE virus, borrelia, ehrlichias, anaplasm, tularemia.

Examination of Primorsk Territory for Current Natural Focal Infections
Territory of Primorsk is endemic for tularemia, leptospirosis, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and tick-borne infections. Human (146) and animal (373) samples were examined by bacteriological, serological and molecular-genetic methods. Seroprevalence in humans is weakly expressed except tularemia (14.0-40.4%).
