Advanced Science, EarlyView.An unconventional magnetic order is observed in exfoliated CrBr3 layers, characterized by vertically correlated planar magnetic sub‐domains. Magnetic force microscopy, ab initio calculations, and micromagnetic simulations indicate that these sub‐domains arise from stacking faults modifying interlayer exchange coupling.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.In this work, a detection method is presented for the activity of plasma DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1), namely DNMT1 Identification by Variable Activity (DIVA). DIVA can detect plasma DNMT1 at levels as low as 10−7 U mL−1, also it successfully evaluated tumor burden and predicted the neoadjuvant therapy responses of breast cancer patients.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.It is reported that Fn14 inhibited EOC metastasis by regulating Slug‐mediated EMT. Furthermore, Fn14 altered the subcellular localization of SIRT2 by interacting with SIRT2, leading to reduced SIRT2 shuttling into the nucleus and subsequently promoting the acetylated degradation of Slug.

Superlattice Engineering on 2D Bi2Te3‐Sb2Te3 Chalcogenides
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study presents an innovative approach to fabricating 2D Bi2Te3‐Sb2Te3 chalcogenide superlattices in wrapped, lateral, and vertical configurations. Utilizing a novel precursor switching method, chemical vapor deposition, and post‐growth techniques, the research achieves controlled superlattices with sharp interfaces.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.The bacterial Type VI secretion system (T6SS) emerges as a sophisticated virulence mechanism, leveraging the dual‐function effector TkeA from Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. TkeA concurrently damages rival bacteria and host cell DNA, triggering the host's cGAS‐STING‐TNF pathway and inducing apoptosis.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A DNA aptamer (A3) with nanomolar affinity for CAR‐T cells is developed via Cell‐SELEX. In Nalm6 tumor‐bearing mice, Cy5‐labeled A3 enables long‐term fluorescence imaging and tracks the biodistribution of CAR‐T cells, with tumor signal peaking on day 14 after CAR‐T cell administration.
