An investigation of a frequency diverse array
This thesis presents a novel concept for focusing an antenna beam pattern as a function of range, time, and angle. In conventional phased arrays, beam steering is achieved by applying a linear phase progression across the aperture.

Natural Frequency Response of Intraaortic Balloons
An Intraaortic Balloon (IAB) is a cardiac assist device that consists of a catheter (lumen) and a balloon at the catheter’s distal end. A balloon pump, or IABP, and a transducer are connected to the hub of the catheter that remains outside of the body ...

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

On the valid frequency range of Timoshenko beam theory
The frequency equation of Timoshenko beam theory factorises for hinged-hinged end conditions, leading to a first and second spectrum of natural frequencies; the latter is largely inaccurate and can be isolated and disregarded.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Natural frequency shifting using water-based technique
Avoiding resonance, which can occur when the system is excited by a frequency equal to or close to one of the system’s natural frequencies, is crucial to ensure a safe operational system. It is essential to ensure that the system runs at a frequency away

ABSTRACT Mental well‐being is central to adult learner success, yet many adult education institutions lack capacity to provide timely and accessible support. This article examines how artificial intelligence (AI) can strengthen mental health–adjacent supports in adult and continuing higher education, with attention to professional practice and ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Spinal cord infarction (SCI) is a rare but devastating myelopathy, characterized by a high disability rate and an unfavorable prognosis. It has often been underdiagnosed and misdiagnosed as idiopathic transverse myelitis (ITM). This study aimed to describe the clinical features, radiological biomarkers, treatments, and functional ...
