OsGSK2‐OsTCP19 Module Integrates Nitrogen and Brassinosteroid Signaling to Regulate Nitrogen Utilization and Root Growth in Rice

OsGSK2‐OsTCP19 module regulating nitrate response and lateral root (LR) development. Low‐nitrate condition results in reduced BR response, accumulation of OsGSK2 and phosphorylated OsTCP19, which suppresses the expression of nitrate‐responsive genes and LR‐development genes and impairs rice growth.

Novel Phosphazenium Tetrafluoroborate Dopant Enables Efficient and Thermally Stable n‐Doped Organic Semiconductors

A novel n‐dopant, phosphazenium tetrafluoroborate (P2BF4), is introduced for efficient n‐doping in N2200, P(PzDPP‐CT2) and other organic semiconductors (OSCs). Conformal Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces: A Cylindrical Geometry Perspective

Role of Rare‐Earth Lanthanum Doping on Electrical Performance and Stability of Atomic Layer Deposition Processed Indium Oxide Thin‐Film Transistors

The work demonstrates La doping in In2O3 via ALD super‐cycles. The strong La─O bond suppresses oxygen vacancies, resulting in a decrease in mobility and a positive shift in threshold voltage. The effective suppression of VO decreases oxygen‐related defects under gate bias, leading to exceptional negative bias stability.
