Additive manufacturing, specifically fused deposition modeling, offers an innovative approach to creating 3D‐printed variable orifice flowmeters with integrated temperature compensation. A freestanding ZnO nanorod array on carbon cloth (ZnO/CC) is synthesized via hydrothermal growth and studied during its electrochemical reduction to Zn. Advanced characterization techniques (SEM, HRTEM, and STXM) reveal the morphochemical evolution of ZnO nanorods, providing unprecedented insights into the ZnO‐to‐Zn conversion mechanism.
