Disentangling images with Lie group transformations and sparse coding [PDF]
Discrete spatial patterns and their continuous transformations are two important regularities contained in natural signals. Lie groups and representation theory are mathematical tools that have been used in previous works to model continuous image transformations.

Natural Transformation v1 [PDF]
Following this protocol, V. Natriegens cells can be transformed with linear fragments and plasmids based on natural transformation as described in Multiplex Genome Editing by Natural Transformation (MuGENT) for Synthetic Biology in Vibrio natriegens Dalia et. al, 2017. ACS Synthetic Biology.

On Some q-Analogues of the Natural Transform and Further Investigations [PDF]
Some q-analogues of classical integral transforms have recently been investigated by many authors in diverse citations. The q-analogues of the Natural transform are not known nor used. In the present paper, we are concerned with definitions and investigations of the q-theory of the Natural transform and some applications.

Chronic TGF‐β exposure drives epithelial HCC cells from a senescent state to a TGF‐β resistant mesenchymal phenotype. This transition is characterized by the loss of Smad3‐mediated signaling, escape from senescence, enhanced invasiveness and metastatic potential, and upregulation of key resistance modulators such as MARK1 and GRM8, ultimately promoting

Exact solutions of the Laplace fractional boundary value problems via natural decomposition method
In this article, exact solutions of some Laplace-type fractional boundary value problems (FBVPs) are investigated via natural decomposition method. The fractional derivatives are described within Caputo operator.

Alectinib resistance in ALK+ NSCLC depends on treatment sequence and EML4‐ALK variants. Variant 1 exhibited off‐target resistance after first‐line treatment, while variant 3 and later lines favored on‐target mutations. Early resistance involved off‐target alterations, like MET and NF2, while on‐target mutations emerged with prolonged therapy.
