In a snow‐dominated headwater catchment, snow‐dependent water storage controls silicate weathering and solute export. In the driest year with the least snow water equivalent (SWE), rates of silicate weathering and export rates of weathering products were about half and a third of those in the wettest year with the highest SWE.

Nationwide implementation of double reflex testing for hepatitis delta in Spain markedly increased anti‐HDV and HDV viral load testing between 2022 and 2024, enabling national seroprevalence estimates. Despite this progress, substantial regional heterogeneity persists, highlighting the need for standardised reflex diagnostic protocols.

FNDC4 and FNDC5 Attenuate SARS‐CoV‐2 S1‐Induced Inflammatory Responses in Human Adipose Tissue
In obesity, reduced FNDC4 and FNDC5 amplify SARS‐CoV‐2 S1–driven inflammation in visceral adipose tissue. These adipo‐myokines limit adipocyte–macrophage inflammatory signalling, suggesting a protective role against viral‐induced adipose tissue dysfunction.
