The approach of physical in materia computing incorporates parallel computing within the medium itself. A scalable and energy‐efficient, oxide‐based computational platform is realized in form of a nanoporous network of volatile niobium oxide memristors sandwiched between top and bottom metallic electrodes, and then tested for prediction and ...

Fabrication of high quality ferromagnetic Josephson junctions
We present ferromagnetic Nb/Al2O3/Ni60Cu40/Nb Josephson junctions (SIFS) with an ultrathin Al2O3 tunnel barrier. The junction fabrication was optimized regarding junction insulation and homogeneity of current transport.

T-Nb2O5 nanoparticle enabled pseudocapacitance with a fast Li-ion intercalation [PDF]
Orthorhombic Nb2O5 (T-Nb2O5) nanocrystallites are successfully fabricated through evaporation induced self-assembly (EISA) method guided by a commericalised triblock copolymer – Pluronic F127.

F-doped orthorhombic Nb2O5 exposed with 97% (100) facet for fast reversible Li+-Intercalation
Orthorhombic Nb2O5 (T-Nb2O5) is attractive for fast-charging Li-ion batteries, but it is still hard to realize rapid charge transfer kinetics for Li-ion storage. Herein, F-doped T-Nb2O5 microflowers (F-Nb2O5) are rationally synthesized through topotactic

OBTENÇÃO DE FASE ÚNICA DE PENTÓXIDO DE NIÓBIO POR UMA ROTA SIMPLES E SUA CARACTERIZAÇÃO [PDF]
Brazil has the world’s largest reserve of niobium (~98%) which turns niobium compounds into extremely interesting materials from a strategic point of view in the country. Niobium pentoxide is an n-type semiconductor that presents interesting physical and

Recent strategies address these challenges through ion‐specific regulation, encompassing chloride‐tolerant and chloride‐regulating anodes together with cathode designs that suppress OH− accumulation and Mg2+/Ca2+ coupling. This ion‐management‐oriented framework provides general guidelines for achieving stable, selective, and scalable seawater ...
