Adss1–HDAC3 Interaction: A Novel Mechanism for Epigenetic Regulation of Metabolism in Adipose Tissue
ABSTRACT Obesity and its related metabolic disorders have emerged as global public health challenges with underlying mechanisms involving an imbalance between energy storage and expenditure in the adipose tissue. In recent years, with the deepening research on adipose tissue metabolism, the cross talk between metabolic enzymes and epigenetic regulation

The Cheadle Center at UCSB manages the North Campus Open Space (NCOS), which is a project that has restored 136 acres of upland and wetland habitats that existed before the area was converted into the Ocean Meadows Golf Course in the 1960s. The NCOS restoration project began in 2017 with a fine-scale grading of the site in order to recreate the salt ...

Unitarity of noncommutative field theories from string theory
We improve the study of the lack of perturbative unitarity of noncommutative space-time quantum field theories derived from open string theory in electric backgrounds, enforcing the universality of the mechanism by which a tachyonic branch cut appears ...

Isobornyl acrylate macromonomer solutions are synthesized via high‐temperature radical polymerization using a starved‐feed semi‐batch operating policy. Through sequential feeding, the macromonomer solution functions as an addition‐fragmentation agent, facilitating the production of blocky and comb acrylate copolymers.
