Regulating Oxygen‐Mediated Reconstruction during Cooling: A New Design Principle for High‐Capacity Sodium Manganese Oxide Cathodes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The cooling process during the solid‐state synthesis of sodium manganese oxides governs oxygen‐mediated reconstruction. Slow cooling promotes a stacking‐fault‐rich framework that suppresses Mn migration, mitigates O2 release, and stabilizes oxygen redox with reduced voltage hysteresis.

PLOD1 Catalytic Activity Stabilizes ENO1 by Limiting FBXW7‐dependent Degradation to Promote Glycolysis and TMZ Resistance in Glioblastoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PLOD1 interacts with ENO1 and limits its FBXW7‐dependent ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation through a mechanism requiring PLOD1 catalytic activity. ENO1 stabilization sustains glycolysis, promoting glioblastoma cell proliferation, migration, and temozolomide resistance.

Decoding Biomolecular Phase Separation: From Physiological Roles to Pathological Mechanisms and Therapeutic Biomaterials Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review systematically elaborates on the mechanisms underlying physiological regulation and pathological dysregulation of biomolecular phase separation. It also summarizes advances in phase‑separation‑targeted therapeutic strategies and the design of functional biomaterials inspired by this process.

CD112 Lactylation Drives Dual Immune Evasion From CD8+ T Cells and NK Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
AARS2 functions as an intracellular lactate sensor and lactyltransferase, catalyzing CD112 K412 lactylation to block ubiquitination‐dependent degradation and stabilize CD112. This pathway suppresses CD8+ T‐cell and NK‐cell cytotoxicity, enabling dual immune evasion.
