Indian Journal of Dermatology, 2019 Pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE)-like papillary dermal elastolysis and focal dermal elastosis are acquired noninflammatory elastic tissue disorders. The skin lesions clinically resemble PXE without systemic involvement.
