Clinical Outcomes of an Improved Arthroscopic Suture‐Bridge Technique Assisted by a “5 O'clock” Portal for Acute Bony Bankart Lesions

This modified arthroscopic suture‐bridge technique, utilizing a unique “5 o'clock” portal, achieves reliable perpendicular fixation for bony Bankart lesions, reducing mean glenoid bone loss from 18.2% to 2.5% (p < 0.001) with a 97.2% healing rate and 80% return‐to‐sport rate.
