A new cerebrocortical organoid model using isogenic hiPSCs with familial Alzheimer's mutations recapitulates key AD features, including amyloid‐beta and phospho‐Tau aggregation, neuronal hyperexcitability, and synapse loss. This study reveals that FAP promotes thoracic aortic dissection (TAD) through a nonenzymatic mechanism involving fibroblast‐macrophage crosstalk via the FAP/PLAUR/ITGB1/FAK axis. Targeting this pathway might offer a promising therapeutic strategy for TAD.

Cancer‐Like Fragmentomic Characteristics of Somatic Variants in Cell‐Free DNA
