Risk Aversion and Economic Policy Uncertainty Impacts on Investor Attention: Evidence From International Stock Markets Indices

ABSTRACT This paper examines the relationship between economic policy uncertainty, risk aversion, and investors' attention for 15 equity indices across Asia, Europe, and North America. Our empirical results indicate that both risk aversion and economic uncertainty significantly increase the Google Search Volume across all equity indices.

Settlement of the surrounding soil due to surcharge placement may give rise to negative skin friction developed in piles. Current design procedures are based on a semi-empirical assessment of field test data and no consistent theory is available to enable soil deformations to be taken fully into account.

Solder‐free room‐temperature multichannel integration for soft hybrid electronics

InfoMat, EarlyView.
A room‐temperature direct interconnection (RTDI) technique enables solder‐free, stretchable bonding of multichannel soft–rigid interfaces via hydrogen bonding and molecular entanglement. It achieves 24.7× stronger mechanical bonding than conventional methods and maintains resistance variation within one order of magnitude at 110% strain.

Elucidating the origin of open‐circuit voltage in ternary organic solar cells with a nonfullerene and a fullerene acceptor

Fullerenes tend to alloy with polymer:nonfullerene acceptor hosts, yielding composition‐dependent increases in open‐circuit voltage while recombination remains governed by the charge‐transfer state energy and is independent of the nature of the third component.
